East Slope AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Coach mobile application and related services. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Google OAuth or email/password sign-in.

Profile information. During onboarding, you provide fitness-related data such as training goals, experience level, available equipment, and scheduling preferences. This is used to personalize your training plan.

Workout data. We store your generated workout sessions, completion status, and any feedback you provide (e.g., pain reports, session ratings, chat messages).

Usage data. We collect basic analytics about app usage, such as feature access and error logs, to improve the service.

How we use your data

• Personalization. Your profile and workout history are used to generate and adapt your training plan via AI.
• AI processing. We use Google Gemini to generate workout content. Your fitness profile and session context are sent to Google’s API for processing. We do not send your email address or account credentials to AI providers.
• Service operation. Account data is used for authentication, support, and communicating service changes.

Third-party services

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication (PostgreSQL, hosted in the US)
• Google Cloud / Gemini — AI content generation
• Apple — app distribution and in-app purchases (subject to Apple’s privacy policy)
• Cloudflare — website hosting and CDN

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL databases with row-level security enabled. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using the iOS Keychain.

Your rights

You can request to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your workout history

Children’s privacy

Coach is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
