These terms govern your use of Coach and other services provided by East Slope AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

The service

Coach is an AI-powered fitness application that generates personalized workout plans. The service includes workout generation, progress tracking, and an AI chat assistant for training adjustments.

Not medical advice

Coach is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The workouts and recommendations provided by Coach are generated by AI and are for informational and fitness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or injuries.

You use Coach at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during workouts.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account or use another person’s account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

Intellectual property

The Coach app, its design, AI-generated content, and underlying technology are owned by East Slope AI. Your workout data belongs to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, East Slope AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
